Rules for fishing The Secret Lake (La Garenne)

Carp fishing in France
- Time of arrival : 12:00 Saturday
- Time of departure : 10:00 Saturday
- Maximum of 3 rods per angler
- No braid as mainline. Minimum mainline 15lb
- No lead core rigs
- No uncooked particles
- Unhooking mats compulsory – must be large and padded
- No hooks bigger than a size 2
- Micro barb hooks only – NO BARBLESS HOOKS
e.g. korda/esp no large barbed hooks. Please carry klinik/antiseptic to treat fish.
- No bent hook rigs
- No fixed leads
- Please use safe rigs making sure that the lead set up can slide over any shock leader knot
- No swimming
- Bait boats only – no dinghy’s
- No loud radios please
- No unattended rods
- No marking or mutilation of fish, offenders will be prosecuted
- No Sacking of ANY fish
- Children are under the sole responsibility of their parents or tutors
- Due to the bad preparation of particles by some anglers, all seeds and nuts are banned on this water. All anglers found using home prepared seeds and nuts will be expulsed immediately without compensation.

Particles and seed prepared by Dynamite Bait or Peche De France are permitted
